FAQ - Shipping & Returns
Thank you for your purchase from the Arturo Fuente Online Store! If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will refund items that are in original condition within 14 calendar days of receipt of your order. Exclusions include Final Sale, orders with discounts or coupon codes redeemed, items with sign of wear, or items not in their original condition and packaging.
We do not offer exchanges via return shipment. If you wish to exchange an item, please place a new order for the desired item(s) & return the previously ordered item(s) you would like to exchange. The cost of your returned item will be refunded to your original form of payment.
We are only able to refund or exchange products purchased directly from www.arturofuente-store.com Arturo Fuente merchandise purchased through other retailers must be returned directly to them in accordance with their respective returns and refunds policy.
Please note that you are responsible for all shipping costs involving a return and will not be reimbursed for shipping fees The only exception to this is if we made a mistake on your order. In the event we made an error we do apologize, contact us immediately and we will send you the correct item and prepaid mailer to rectify the situation.
